5 Maintenance
5.1 Trailer Structure
There are two types of Ver-Mac arrowboard trailers. Rating is on your vehicle identification
number (VIN).
Class II – rated to 2,000 lb (907 kg)
Class III – rated to 5,000 lb (2,268 kg)
Trailers support all conditions on the road and at worksites (rough terrain, dirt, road salt,
weather extremes). Routine maintenance of the trailer structure can eliminate unexpected
expenses and downtime.
Wash underneath to remove build-up of
corrosive material (road salt, gravel).
Check for cracks or defects.

Pivot Points
Lubricate to prevent rusting.
Inspect for cracks or impact damage.
Replace as needed.
Check all are functioning correctly.
