2 Overview
This manual is an owner’s and operator’s guide to the safe operation and maintenance of all
models of Ver-Mac arrowboards.
Ver-Mac’s trailer and vehicle-mounted arrowboards provide warning and directional information
to assist drivers through or around a temporary traffic control zone. They are designed for quick
installation, low maintenance and simplicity of operation. Depending on the model, they operate
on battery power alone or solar-assisted battery power.
All 15-lamp arrowboards can operate in one of four modes: left/right arrow, double arrow,
caution bar and 4-corner flash (optional).
All 25-lamp arrowboards can operate in one of seven modes: left/right arrow, double arrow,
caution bar, chevron, sequential arrow, sequential diamonds and 4-corner flash (optional).
2.1 How to Use this Manual
This manual is made for the trailer-mounted Ver-Mac arrowboards as follows:
Within your model section, it is divided into 5 main parts:
Walk-around inspection checklist
Setup and takedown procedure
Maintenance
A complete maintenance schedule table
A list of all the safety stickers on the arrow
The optional V-Touch AB controller features are described in detail at the end of this manual.
