If your VeriFone Payment Terminal screen is blank and the terminal isn’t turning on, ensure that the battery isn't critically low. The terminal requires sufficient battery charge to operate. Connect the terminal to a power source for at least 5 minutes. Then, hold the power button down for approximately 3 seconds until the terminal turns on. If it still doesn’t work, further assistance is needed.
