Press # for the transaction list and select ‘cash withdrawal’
Enter the cashback amount and press enter
Enter supervisor ID and press enter
Enter supervisor PIN and press enter*
Enter a valid waiter ID and press enter
Pass the POS device to the customer who can either insert or swipe
his or her card
If prompted, the customer must enter his or her PIN followed by enter
Once the transaction is approved, the POS device will print a customer and
merchant copy of the receipt
The POS device will return to the idle screen
3. Cash Withdrawal
Note: if the cashback limit is exceeded, you’ll be prompted to enter supervisor ID and PIN
*The waiter is required to obtain supervisor approval if the tip amount is greater than the
meal; once the transaction is completed, the customer must sign the receipt
