A flickering light in your Verilux Personal Care Product could be due to a loose plug or connection to a dimmer switch. First, ensure the plug is securely inserted into both the wall outlet and the back of the lamp. If the flickering continues, check if the lamp is connected to a dimmer switch. If it is, connect the lamp directly to a wall outlet without a dimmer switch.

Remove the lamp's stand by sliding it upward from the keyhole on the back.
Attach the stand by inserting its tabs into the lamp's base slots and pressing together.
