If the burner on your Vermont Castings Grill won't light, there are several potential causes: * The gas supply might be turned off. If so, turn on the fuel supply and try again. * You might be out of propane. Check the weight of your propane cylinder; a standard 20 lb cylinder weighs about 18 lb when empty and 38 lb when 80% full. * There could be a blockage in the gas system. Check the venturi tubes for obstructions like insects or debris, and clean them with a venturi brush. * The gas valve might be misaligned with the venturi tubes. Inspect under the front control panel and reinsert the gas injector into the venturi tube if needed. * The propane hose and regulator might not be properly attached. Tighten the regulator's plastic collar onto the cylinder valve by hand only.
