Not all units will have all components. To determine your unit’s configuration, compare the Unit Model # above above and
the information in the Components and Nomenclature section.
Good maintenance practices are essential to minimizing operation cost and maximizing product life. Read and follow all
applicable maintenance checks listed below. At a minimum, these checks should be performed semi-annually. However,
maintenance intervals may need to be more frequent based on site-specific conditions. Review the unit user manual and the
iCOM user manual (SL-31075) for further information on unit operation. We recommend the use of trained and authorized
service personnel, extended service contracts, and factory-certified replacement parts. Contact your local sales
representative for more details.

Evaporator/Filters

Replace/check filters.

Wipe section clean.

Clean coil.
c
Clean condensate pan.
c
Clean/test filter clog switch operation.
Blower Section (Evaporator Fans)

Mounting bolts are tight.
c
Blower wheels are free of debris and spin freely.
c
Motor bearings are in good condition and are lubricated.
c
Check the motor mount.
c
Check/test the air sail switch.
c
Check motor amp draw. Compare to nameplate amps.
