A copy of the appropriate checklist (furnished with the equipment) must be completed, signed,
dated and returned to Vertiv. Warranty coverage of the equipment is not effective unless the
Checklist is received by the factory.
WARNING
Risk of improper startup. Can cause equipment damage, personal injury and death.
Hazardous voltages are present during startup procedures. Electrical safety precautions
must be followed throughout inspection and startup.
Equipment inspection and startup should be performed only by properly trained and
qualified personnel wearing appropriate safety headgear, gloves and shoes.
