Removing Engine To

Belt
(Fig . 26).
1. Move height adjustment lever (cutter deck) to the lowest
position.
2. Remove two (2) cutter deck springs .
3. Remove belt.
4. Replace belt in reverse order.

Removing Belt,
Engine
to Rear
Pulley
(Pro 12) (Fig. 27).
To remove this belt the above belts have to be removed first.
1. Engage clutch/brake pedal and engage parking brake.
2. Unscrew six (6) bolts from floor panel and remove panel.
3. Remove tensioner pulley.
4. Unhook belt from rear pulley.
5. Disconnect clutch lead from electromagnetic clutch .
6. Remove belt from engine pulley.
To Fit
New
Belt
1. Fit belt to rear pulley,
2. Fit belt to engine pulley.
3. Replace tens ioner pulley, adjust belt and tighten bolt.
4. Reconnect clutch lead to electromagnetic clutch.

The angle of the drive pedal can be altered forward or backward
to suit individual requirements, as follows :-
1. Remove 'R' clip and washer.
2. Withdraw clevis pin.
3. Loosen lock nut.
4. Screw yoke on or off control rod until desired pedal angle is
achieved .
5. Refit clevis pin, washer and 'R' clip.
6. Tighten lock nut.
