      If the Teams rooms solution (MPC310- W31-TU/ MRC1010- TN) on your ViewSonic Desktop won’t start, check the following: * If the MPC310-W31-TU Conferencing PC LED does not light blue during boot up, verify that the AC power cord is properly plugged into the AC IN port of the MPC310-W31-TU Conferencing PC and to the power outlet. * Verify that the AC power cord is fully inserted into the correct socket on the front of the Conferencing PC side. * Check the power outlet with another device (e.g., a table lamp). * If there is still no power, contact ViewSonic support or the reseller from whom the device was purchased.
