  If your Vintage Keeper Wine Cooler isn't running when plugged in, remember it has a 1-minute delay to protect the compressor after plugging in. Ensure the power supply is a dedicated, separately fused, and grounded 15 Amp, 120V line. If using an extension cord, it must be rated for 15 Amps, and the outlet should not be shared with other appliances. If it still doesn't run, unplug it for ten minutes and try again.

  If your Vintage Keeper Wine Cooler isn't cooling enough, several factors could be at play. First, remember it can take a few days to reach the desired temperature. Ensure your wine cellar meets the manual's requirements for insulation, vapor barrier, floor, and venting. Eliminate air leaks, check the door, and set the fan speed to 'EFFICIENT'. Raising the set temperature from the default 57ºF to 60ºF can also help. Remove any heat sources in the room, like 100W light bulbs, and vacuum the coils.
