Vintec wine cabinets are designed to store, display, and preserve wine collections at optimal conditions. They offer precise temperature control, protection from external elements, and features to ensure the longevity and quality of your wines. The cabinets are suitable for both short-term serving and long-term cellaring, accommodating various wine varietals and bottle shapes.
Important Technical Specifications
- Initial Setup Delay: After transport, the cabinet MUST NOT be switched on for at least 24 hours to allow refrigerant gases to settle.
- Temperature Settings:
- Serving white wine: 6°C-8°C (43°F-46°F)
- Cellaring all varietals: 12°C-14°C (54°F-57°F)
- Serving red wine: 16°C-18°C (61°F-64°F)
- Display: Features a digital display with indicators for mode (S for Single Zone, M for Multi-Temp, CE for Cellaring), temperature settings, and a filter icon.
- Temperature Zones:
- Single Zone (S): Sets the upper and lower zones to a single temperature.
- Multi-Temp (M): Creates a temperature gradient, allowing arrangement of wines from top-to-bottom at appropriate serving temperatures for different bottles.

Maintenance Features

- Troubleshooting Common Observations:
- Frequent Fan Cycle: This is normal and ensures slow and even distribution of cool air, limiting temperature variations.
- Spacer/Stopper: Ensures adequate ventilation behind the unit, which is crucial for performance.
- Water on the Door or Floor: In hot/humid climates, humidity in the ambient air can condense on the cabinet's cold glass door. This is a normal occurrence.
- Ice Forming: If the door seal is compromised or left slightly ajar, the compressor will run continuously, which may cause ice formation on the back wall. Ensure the door seals properly.
