and 3 into the Bracket in the
sequence as shown in the figure

Bracket : Insert the Cable through
the Bracket, Pipe, Coupler and
Base
Step-3 :
Pipe + Coupler + Base :
Tighten/Fix the Pipes to the
Bracket, Coupler and Base
