MENU OPERATION
Press the SETUPbutton on theremote control, the
SETUP MENU will be displayed. After accessing the
setup menu, pressthe direction buttonsfor up and
down movement to select an item desired, and press
RIGtlT direction buttonto select the lower item.
Then press theENTER button toconfirm. Press
LEFT direction buttonreturu to themenu of upper
level. Toexit the setup,press the SETUPbutton again.
In the SETUPMENU, you maychoose any of the
following options asyou like.
LANGUAGE SETUP
Select Language inthe setup menu,and display the
Language submenu:
SYSTEM SETUP
Aspect Ratio
Select the aspectratio.
Notes:
The image displayratio is relatedto the recordeddisc
format. Some disccan not displayimages in the
aspect ratio youchoose. If youplay a discrecorded in
4:3 format ona wide screenTV, black barswill
appear on theleft and rightside of thescreen. You
must adjust thescreen setting dependingon the type
of the televisionyou have.
TV System
Select the diffcrentTV system.
Note: The DVD playersetting should bematched to
your TV set.For more information of output format,
refer to the instructions or yourTV set.
RATING SETUP
Select Rating in thesetnpmenu, and display
the Rating submenu:
OSD Language
Use this item to select the language of the setup menu
and screen display.
Subtitle
This option providesthe preset subtitlelanguage.
MPEG4 Subtitle(optional)
Select different MPEG4subtitle encoding option.
Note: Not all playerssupport I]lis item.
Audio
Select the builtqndisc dubbing languageoptions.
DVD Menu
This option provides the film's menu language
options.
VIDEO SETUP
Select Video in the setup menu, and display the
Video submenu:
Parental Control
Set the parentalcontrol feature of the player
Note: Password is neededb</bre setting Palvntal
Control.
Set Password
Input four digits(password), then pressENTER to
confirm.
Note: if 3ou.ibrget 3our passwo1_t, please use the
universal password 6666 to unlock.
MISC SETUP
SelectM1SC in the setup menu, and display
the submenu:
Use Default Settings
Reset setupdatatofactorydefaultvalue.
