The VitalPatch
®
biosensor is an adhesive patch that you wear on your chest to record
your vital signs. The
VistaTablet™ device collects and uploads your vital signs to your
care team. For data to upload, keep the device charged and near you as much as
possible, and take it with you when you leave the house.
Refer to VitalPatch Instructions for Use (IFU-02) and VistaPoint Instructions for Use
(IFU-05) on the VistaTablet home screen for detailed clinical usage instructions.

VitalPatch Biosensor Compatibility
VistaTablet 1.0 is compatible with VitalPatch 1.0 (firmware 1.0.4.x and earlier). It is
not compatible with VitalPatch 2.0 (firmware 3.0.0.0 and later). Refer to the firmware
version (FW#) printed on the biosensor pouch.
