With two container sizes, ten Variable Speeds and a Pulse feature, the S30 oers power and versatility
that are unique to personal blending products. Please read this owner’s manual before your first use to get
to know your machine. Here are a few components that deserve special attention:
Two Leak-Proof Seals attach to the blade base and flip-top lid to prevent leaks and must be properly put
in place before blending. We recommend that you designate a place for them in your kitchen so they don’t
wander o.
An Interlocking System allows the motor base to sense when a container is properly put in place and
turns the machine o if the container is lifted or rocked while blending. To reset, simply turn the dial back
to Stop [
O
], and then resume the recipe where you left o.
The Tamper keeps thick and frozen mixtures circulating in the 1.2-L container. While your machine is
running, remove the lid plug and insert the tamper through its opening to push ingredients onto the
blades. There’s no need to be delicate — the lid won’t let the tamper hit the blades.
Automatic Overload Protection turns your machine o if it senses that the motor could overheat.
