camctrl_ptztunnel <boolean> 0/7 Indicate whether to support ptztunnel.
* We support this parameter when the version
number (httpversion) is equal or greater than
0301b.
This equals
"capability_camctrl_c0_ptztunnel".
* This is kept for compatibility.
camctrl_privilege <boolean> 0/7 Indicate whether to support “Manage
Privilege” of PTZ control in the security page.
1: support both /cgi-bin/camctrl/camctrl.cgi
and /cgi-bin/viewer/camctrl.cgi
0: support only /cgi-bin/viewer/camctrl.cgi
