The Video Out support depends on different video modes. In following video modes, Video out will not support in
such cases:
Dual stream mode Video rotation mode Single stream mode
FD8355 Always support Video Out Both stream resolution > 720p Not support Video Out
FD8365 Both stream resolution > 720p Both stream resolution > 720p Not support Video Out
