MAINTAINANCE SCHEDULE
DAILY CHECK
REGULAR CHECK – (Every 50 hours of use)
• Check all screws, bolts, and fasteners for tightness.
• Check brake and throttle cable adjustment.
• Tire pressure should be inflated to specifications printed
on tire sidewalls of your scooter. Front and rear tires
have different specifications.
• Check tires for puncture or damage. Repair or replace as
necessary.
• Check for proper function of the steering column lock.
mechanism to ensure that it latches securely.
• Check belt tension. Adjust as necessary.
• Air filter: Open the carburetor filter cover. Take out the
air filter. Clean with mild soap and water. Soak in
lubricant oil. Squeeze out excess lubricant and
reassemble.
• Spark plug: Remove carbon build up between electrodes
and adjust the gap to .024-.028 inches (.60-.70 mm).
Install spark plug carefully by hand to avoid cross-
threading. Tighten with plug wrench (1/8 - 1/4 turn after
tightened by hand).
• Fuel filter: Open up fuel tank cap. Take out fuel filter
inside tank using a bent wire. Shake filter in clean
gasoline to clean impurities. Reassemble.
• Check suspension for proper function and adjustment.
• Check front and rear disc brakes for proper adjustment
and function.
• Check centrifugal clutch pads on engine for wear and
replace as needed.
