Checking before driving
Before driving,make the inspections as below to reduce accident or damage:
·Oil in engine
–Correct oil level
–Cooling system
–Correct coolant level
–No coolant leakage
·light
–Headlight/ Front position light,
tail light/brake light,
turning signal light,
frustration plate light and
instrument lights
–brake plate and friction
pad
The lights can normally
work
·lndicating light
–Control through switch
assy,the turning signal,
high beam indicating
light could normally work.
The oil pressure alarm
light,engine malfunction
light,water temperature
ligh and fuel alarm light
are not on or flashing
when engine started.
·Horn
–Fine performance
·Side stand
–Normally pick up and lay
down
–Normal interlock with
ignition switch
·Back mirror
·Shock absorber
–press down and normally
return
–Sit on the motorcycle to keep
it upright ,and could see a
material with width of 4m and
10m to the tail of motorcycle
from back view mirror.
–ln case it could not be seem
clearly,please adjust the
angle of back-view mirror.

Steering system
–Flexible turning
without jamming
–No runout or flexibility
on steering stem
·Throttle
–Correct throttle cable
clearance
–smooth operation
·without jamming
·Brake assy
–The operation is normal.
–Correct brake liquid level in oil cup
–Clear pressing point in braking
–No water and oil residual on
·Tire
–The air pressure in tire is
correct.
–The depth for tire read is
within limit.
–There is not crack or damage on
surfaceof tire
