Maintenance: Lubricating system
Engine oil. Filling
Top up the oil through the filler opening (1) in the ven-
tilation cover. Make sure the correct level is attained
but wait a few minutes to allow the oil to run into the
oil sump.
IMPORTANT! Do not fill above the maximum oil
level. Use only oil of the recommended grade
(see the previous page).
Engine oil. Check level
The oil level must be within the marked range on the
dipstick and must be checked daily before starting
the first time.

Engine oil. Change
Always follow the recommended oil change interval
and change the oil filter at the same time.
IMPORTANT! Use only oil of the recommended
grade.
The engine is equipped with a manual and an electric
oil bilge pump that can be used as follows:
Manual oil bilge pump
Turn the knob under the pump housing to position (1)
and pump out the oil. Turn the knob back to its origi-
nal position.
