Hold in the required letter/button in the key-
pad for about 2 seconds to reach the cor-
responding letter in the phone book.
Functions during a call
Several functions are available during a call.
Some functions can only be used when a call
is on hold.
Press MENU or ENTER during a call to access
the In-call menu and scroll to one of the fol-
lowing alternatives:
1.
Mute/Mute off – Mute mode.
2.
Hold/Resume - Put a call on hold or
resume a call.
3.
Handsfree/Handset - Use handsfree or
the privacy handset.
4.
Phonebook – Show phone book.
5.
Join – Conference calling (available if more
than three parties are connected)
6.
Swap – Switch between two calls (availa-
ble if up to three parties are connected).
SMS - Short Message Service
Reading SMS
1.
Press MENU.
2.
Scroll to
Messages and press ENTER.
3.
Scroll to
Read and press ENTER.
4.
Scroll to a message and press ENTER.
> The message text is shown in the dis-
play. Additional selections can be made
by pressing ENTER. Hold EXIT
depressed to leave the menu system.
Writing and sending
1.
Press MENU.
2.
Scroll to
Messages and press ENTER.
3.
Scroll to
Write new and press ENTER.
4.
Enter text and press ENTER.
5.
Scroll to Send and press ENTER.
6.
Enter a phone number and press ENTER.
IMEI number
To block the phone, you must provide your
network operator with the phone's IMEI num-
ber. This is a 15 digit serial number that is pro-
grammed into the phone. Dial *#06# to show
this number in the display. Write it down and
keep it in a safe place.
