3. Press SELECT or SELECT twice to select Outgoing msg.
4. On the handset, press SELECT and then 2 to play
your outgoing message.
-OR-
On the telephone base press
SELECT and then
/ or / to scroll to Play OGM, and then press
SELECT to play your outgoing message.
To record your outgoing message:
1. Press MENU or
MENU in idle mode to enter the main
menu.
2. Press
/ or / to scroll to Answering sys..
3. Press SELECT or
SELECT twice to select Outgoing msg.
4. Press
SELECT and then 7 on the handset; or press
SELECT and then / or / on the telephone base
to scroll to Record OGM, and then press SELECT.
5. Start recording your outgoing message. The
telephone announces, “Record after the tone.
Press FIVE when you are done.” After the tone,
speak towards the microphone of the handset or
telephone base.
6. Press 5 or
STOP.
Notes:
• Your outgoing message can be up to 90 seconds in
length.
• Outgoing messages shorter than two seconds are
not recorded.
