Using the telephone base:
Press X/DELETE when the phone is not in use. The
telephone announces, “To delete all old messages, press
DELETE again.” Press X/DELETE again. All previously
reviewed messages are erased and the telephone
announces, “All old messages deleted.”
Using the handset or the telephone base:
1. Press MENU or
MENU in the idle mode to enter the
main menu.
2. Press
/ or / to highlight Answering sys, then
press SELECT or SELECT.
3. Press
/ or / to highlight Delete all old, then
press SELECT or SELECT.
• On the telephone base, the screen displays Delete
all old messages? Then press SELECT or
YES to
• On the handset, the screen displays Deleting... and
then No old messages. You hne.
Note: If there is no messages, there screen will display
No old messages to delete.
