• Make sure your headset is compatible with your
telephone system.
• Carefully follow the pairing instructions on the
MobileConnect section and make sure that your
headset is not connected to any other device.
• Reset the telephone base. Unplug the unit’s electrical
power. Wait for approximately 15 seconds, then plug
it back in. Repeat the above suggestions.
I cannot connect my mobile phone with the telephone base.
• Make sure your mobile phone is close (within 4.5
metres) to the base.
• Make sure that the MobileConnect function of your
mobile phone is turned on. See the user’s manual of
your mobile phone for more information.
• Make sure that your Mobile phone is not connected
to any other Device.
• Turn off your mobile phone, then turn it on again.
• Make sure that your mobile phone is on the active
devices list.
• For some mobile phones, you must authorize
the VTech 17850 device in your mobile phone’s
MobileConnect feature. See the user’s manual of
your mobile phone for more information.
• Manually connect your mobile phone to your
telephone system. Refer to the user’s manual of your
mobile phone for more information.
