Dial a phonebook entry
Search for the desired entry in the phonebook (see Review phonebook entries
or Alphabetical search on page 54).
Press /HOME or to dial using the home line; or press CELL 1 or CELL 2
to dial using the cell line.
Edit a phonebook entry
Search for the desired entry in the phonebook (see Review
phonebook entries or Alphabetical search on page 54).
When the desired entry displays, press SELECT. The handset
displays EDIT NUMBER.
Use the dialing keys to edit the number.
Press or to move the cursor to the left or right.
Press DELETE to erase a digit.
Press and hold DELETE to erase all digits.
Press and hold PAUSE to enter a dialing pause
(a p appears).
Press SELECT. The handset displays EDIT NAME.
Use the dialing keys to edit the name.
Press or to move the cursor to the left or right.
Press DELETE to erase a character.
Press and hold DELETE to erase all characters.
Press /auA to switch the character between upper and
lower case.
Press SELECT to save the entry. The handset displays Saved and then the
revised entry. You hear a conrmation tone.
