7 WARRANTY
Our warranty complies with French electrical construction inter-union agreements and our
general terms and conditions of sale. We guarantee conformity of the materials and any surface
treatments used, as set out in our documents.
Deterioration caused by:
- failure to observe operating limits;
- wear and tear resulting from insufficient maintenance, impacts, clumsiness or
user inexperience;
- corrosion or clogging;
- non-compliance with this manual, good engineering practices and the law;
cannot invoke our liability owing to the wide variety of factors that cause these outcomes and which
lie outside of our control.
Since standards, directives and our equipment are continuously updated, this sheet may be
amended without notice; the features indicated in the text and images it contains are only binding
upon VULCANIC following confirmation by the company.
