Cleaning the cutting mechanism
• Switch off the machine and disconnect the
power plug.
• Open the front flap and the side cover.
• Remove cutting dust and pieces of
thread/scrap fabric with a brush.
Cleaning the feed dog
• Switch off the machine and disconnect the
power plug.
• Open the side cover and the front flap.
• Remove the presser foot and the needles.
• Loosen the screws of the needle plate and
remove the needle plate.
• Remove all lint from the area of the feed
dog area with a brush.
• First, remount the needle plate, then the
presser foot and the needles. The front
flap and the side cover must be closed
last.
