7.8 Checking the spark plug
∗ Remove any soot deposits from the electrodes of the spark plug using a
spark plug cleaner or a wire brush.
∗ Check the spark plug gap and set it to 0.7 - 0.8 mm, if necessary.
∗ Select the correct spark plug, see chapter Technical Data.
