3. Liability/Warranty
3.1 Liability
WAGO GmbH & Co. KG accepts no liability in the event of structural modifications by third parties.
The manufacturer’s declaration becomes invalid.
Only original parts may be used for repairs and maintenance.
WAGO GmbH & Co. KG accepts no liability for replacement parts not tested and approved by WAGO
GmbH & Co. KG.
We reserve the right to make technical changes.

3.2 Warranty
Note the General Sales and Delivery Conditions (GTC) of WAGO Kontakttechnik Gesellschaft mbH.
GTC text excerpt on liability for defects:
“... certain purpose or a certain point of use of the purchased items. Apart from that, the warranty
claim does not extend to natural wear or to damage incurred after the transfer of risk due to
incorrect or negligent handling, unsuitable equipment and electrical and/or mechanical influences
which exceed normal usage. Furthermore, no claims from liability for defect exist for wear parts.”
The following are stocked as wear parts: print roller, print head.
3.3 Product Monitoring
With smartPRINTER, WAGO GmbH & Co. KG offers you a product of the highest technical level,
adapted to the current standards.
Notify us immediately of recurring failures or faults.
3.4 Language of the Instructions
The original version of these instructions was written in the official EU language of the manufacturer
of this printer.
Translations into further languages are translations of the original version. The legal regulations of the
Directive apply to this.
3.5 Copyright
Individual reproductions, e.g. copies and printouts, may only be made for private use. Making and
distributing further reproductions is only allowed with express permission of WAGO GmbH & Co. KG.
The user is personally responsible for compliance with the legal regulations and can be held liable in
the event of misuse.
