If the outdoor sensor on your Waldbeck Weather Station isn't reporting to the base unit, showing dashes on the app or website, here's what you can do: 1. Check the outdoor transmission LED to ensure it's flashing normally according to the sensor's reporting interval. If you've recently replaced the batteries, verify they're correctly inserted and reseat them. If the batteries are old, replace them. If the LED flashes normally after these checks, proceed to the next step. If not, and you've confirmed the battery placement, the unit might be defective. 2. Ensure the gateway is powered on and the WiFi LED is steadily lit. Then, go to the “Sensor ID” page, locate the offline sensor picture, and click “Re-register”.
