The weights must be adjusted perfectly equal and in the same direction on both sides.
Maximum intensity is obtained with the adjustable masses perfectly aligned with the xed masses.
Ret the covers, after replacing the OR sealing ring without damaging it.
For more information, refer to the vibrator motor manual available on the site www.wamgroup.com.
ADJUSTABLE MASSES - TYPE C (BLADE MASSES)
- Remove the lateral covers by unscrewing the screws and washers.
- Unscrew the xing screws of the mobile mass.
- Set the eccentric masses on the necessary value.
- The masses must be adjusted so as they have the same rotation direction on the two ends (see Fig.1).
- Once the masses were adjusted on the proper values, tighten using a torque wrench.
Danger - Warning
Make sure no one touches or can get hit by the rotating masses.
- If the rotation direction has to be reversed, rst disconnect the electric vibrator from the mains and than
operate on the connections of the junction box.
- When this operation was carried out on both sides, replace the covers and x them using the same screws
and washers ensuring that gaskets (OR) are properly placed on their seat.
