REMOVE TERMINAL END
1. Hold the Terminal Assembly (A) in
place and extract the Terminal End (B) by
gripping and pulling firmly.
CUT OFF EXCESS MATERIAL
2. Using a suitable saw, cut off
the highlighted portion of the end
of the Terminal Assembly (A)
then de-burr the cut edge.
FIT DIVERTER ELBOW
3. Lubricate and insert one of the
Elbows (C) into the end of the Terminal
Assembly (A). Elbow (C) can be pointed
at any angle up to +/- 87° from the
vertical. It must not be pointed
horizontally or downwards as the effect
of the flue gas condensate will reduce
the life of the flue seals.
ASSEMBLE THE KIT
Assemble the remainder of the kit inserting the Terminal End (B) into the top
Elbow (C) and using the Mounting Brackets (E) to secure the Extensions (D) as
shown overleaf.
