Checking Combustion
Calibration
If the combustion measurements are not within in the tolerance’s described in step 5, then enter the manual calibration
mode and follow the steps as described on page 75 of the boiler manual.
Ensure the boiler front cover is fully fitted and enter the
SERVICEMAN feature (as per step 4)
Run the appliance in both HI and LO and with a suitable
flue gas analyser test the products from the sample point
on the flue elbow/adaptor.
You should record the C0
2
readings and ratio to enter in
the Benchmark commissioning checklist.
To exit SERVICEMAN press the RESET and MODE
button as in step 4.
The O
2
reading is the main measurement that is
important in both HI and LO the optimum reading should
be 5.0% 0
2
, however with the tolerances it acceptable to
achieve between 4.50% O
2
and 5.50% O
2
.
