√ If you wish to return the product internationally, you must obtain prior
consent from Waydoo, and you are responsible for any customs duties and
clearance fees incurred.
√ If the product is extremely damaged, its performance may be severely
affected and will be beyond repair. Is this case, Waydoo will not be able to
provide repair service.
√ Before sending the product for repair, please remove any personalized
items and decorations attached to the original product (including but not
limited to decorative stickers, UAS stickers, paint, etc.). Waydoo is not
responsible for any damage to or loss of personalized items and
decorations.
√ To ensure your rights, please check the product for any damage (including
damage caused by logistics, etc.) upon receipt. If you find any issues, report
them within 3 calendar days of receipt. Otherwise, the product will be
considered as received in undamaged condition with normal performance
and complete parts. According to the logistics claims management process,
damage caused during transport must be reported to Waydoo or an
authorized Waydoo service center within 24 hours, otherwise, claims
cannot be processed.
Limitation of Liability
Waydoo is only responsible for the loss or damage of the product under the
following conditions: the product is owned by Waydoo, or the product is in
transit under Waydoo’s responsibility.
Waydoo is not responsible for any loss or leakage of data contained within
the product, including confidential information, proprietary information, or
personal information. The following clause may be invalid:
If the cause of data loss or leakage is due to our inadequate data storage
technology, meaning we failed to fulfill reasonable management obligations,
then despite the above clause, users may still hold us accountable.
If the cause of data loss or leakage is due to the user's own actions, such as
casually discarding old products, we will not be responsible for such
incidents.
For the following situations, regardless of whether any remedy specified in
this document achieves its fundamental purpose, and regardless of whether
