the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or other
theories of liability, Waydoo and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or
service providers will not be liable, even if the possibility of such situations
was known:
Claims for damages made by third parties against you.
Loss, damage, or leakage of your data.
Special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not
limited to losses related to profits, business income, goodwill, or anticipated
savings. Regardless of the cause of damage, the total liability of Waydoo and
its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers is limited to the
direct losses actually suffered by you and shall not exceed the amount paid
for the product.
These limitations do not apply to personal injury (including death) for which
Waydoo is legally responsible, and compensation for loss of real and
tangible property. Certain countries or jurisdictions may not allow exclusions
or limitations for incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.
Your Other Rights
This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You
may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or
jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with
Waydoo. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights,
including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale
of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
