Why won't my Weathermatic SmartWire 9600TW allow entry to SMART, and there's no antenna icon?

  There are several reasons why your Weathermatic controller might not allow entry to SMART or show an antenna icon: * The system may require the installation of an SLW Weather Sensor; if so, install the optional SLW Weather Sensor. * The SLW Weather Sensor might not be initialized; initialize it according to the instructions in the SMART section. * Required SMART settings could be missing; push and hold the MODE button for a scrolling message indicating needed information, then enter the time, date, and ZIP Code or Latitude. * The SLW Weather Sensor battery might be drained; replace the battery. * There could be a communication cable or wireless communication problem; check the cable and connections at the controller and use SLW battery diagnostics to check for RF problems on a w...
