searing. Place the steak
on the grill above the
Hign+. Sear the steak for
90 seconds.
Rotate 90

Lift the steak but don’t
flip it. Rotate it 90

and sear the steak for
another 90 seconds.
Flip
Lift the steak and flip it
over. Sear the steak for
another 90 seconds.
Rotate another 90
0
Lift the steak without
flipping it and rotate
it 90
0
again. Sear for
another 90 seconds.

1. Preheat (10 mins)
4 burner LX sear steak
2. Sear Direct
4 burner LX indirect steak
3. Cook through Indirect
