3.4.2 Audo Montor Test Before Use
It's mportant to test your audo montor when t's frst set up and then on a regular bass after that. If you
haven't used your parent unt or baby unt n a long tme or beleve they are malfunctonng, test them.
To test your voce montor:
1. To test the devce, put the parent and baby unts n the same room. Place the parent and nfant unts n
the same room to test the devce.
2.Press and hold the baby unt's button untl the power ndcator lght appears.
3. On the parent devce, press and hold the button untl the power ndcator lght goes on. The sound
recognzed by the baby unt s played by the parent unt. Your audo montor s now functonal.
NOTE
The lnk ndcator lght on the parent unt glows green and beeps f no connecton can be made.
4. USE OF BABY MONITOR
4.1 Turnng the Infant Unt On or Off
• To turn the baby unt on/off, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The lght for the power
ndcaton wll turn on.
4.2 Turnng the Parent Unt On or Off
• To turn the parent unt on/off, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The lght for the power
ndcaton wll turn on.
4.3 Speaker volume adjustment
• Mute and three volume levels (Level 1–Level 3) are avalable on the parent unt. The senstvty
ndcator lghts flash brefly whle alterng the speaker volume to show the current volume. To adjust the
speaker volume:
To ncrease the volume of the parent unt, push the button, and to reduce t, press the button.
Cleanng and Mantenance
Wpe the devces down wth a slghtly most cloth once a week to keep them clean.
Transportaton and Shppng
The transportaton of products have a sgnfcant mpact on the product's usage lfe. When movng and
transferrng the thngs you purchase, you must exercse utmost cauton. Damages that occur as a result
of fallng or mpact wll be consdered to be outsde the warranty's scope. Furthermore, when you wsh to
transfer the product out of the house or busness where you use t, make sure to carefully pack t n ts
orgnal box and transport t. The product wll be relatvely protected aganst mpacts and falls thanks to
the orgnal packagng. If you need to send the product to our authorzed servce center for repar, do so n
ts orgnal box and, f feasble, wrap t n a shock-absorbng bubble wrap or smlar materals to strengthen
the package and prevent
t from beng damaged durng transportaton.
Energy
The product's mother unt s powered by a 100VAC-240VAC external adapter wth a 5VDC/1000 mA
output and/or 2x1.2V AAA sze 600mAh rechargeable batteres. The product's baby unt powered wth an
external adapter wth a 100VAC-240VAC nput and a 5VDC/1000 mA output.
