检查各紧固件、连接件的紧固情况
Check the tightness of tightening parts and connection parts
应注意检查各连接紧固件的紧固情况，若有松动现象出现，应及时拧紧。以免造成意外的故障。
Check the tightness of tightening parts and connection parts If the tightening or connection part is loose,
screw it down in time to avoid accident trouble.
重新拧紧气缸盖螺栓
Retighten the cylinder head bolts
为了避免气缸盖漏气，保证柴油机可靠工作，投入使用累计运行 200 小时左右，将全部气缸盖
螺栓松开，然后分次重新把紧（把紧力矩及规范详见本手册第 5 章）。
After the engine is operated for 200h, loosen all cylinder head bolts and then retighten them according to
the requirement in chapter 5 to avoid gas leaking of cylinder head.
3．柴油机累计运行350小时的
保养内容

除完成每日保养后，增加下列
检查项目：
In addition to daily maintenance, the
following items should be checked:
检查气门间隙
Check valve clearance
拆下 6 个缸盖上的气缸盖罩
Remove the 6 cylinder head covers;
