3.3 柴油质量不好，柴油中有水或水漏入气缸内造成工作不稳定，排除方法是更换合格柴油。
Unsatisfactory diesel fuel quality, unstable operation due to water content in diesel fuel or water leakage
into cylinder. Replace with qualified diesel fuel.
4．排气烟色不正常

4.1 排气冒黑烟
Black Smoke Emission
排气冒黑烟表示燃烧室内喷入柴油过多，在极端缺氧的情况下进行燃烧，造成燃烧不完全，而
出现黑烟现象。
Black smoke emission indicates that excessive diesel fuel is injected into combustion chamber causing
incomplete combustion under extremely oxygen deficiency condition

Remedy
（1）柴油机负荷过重循环供油量过多
Diesel engine is overloaded, and circulating fuel
supply is excessive.
（1）减轻负荷；并适当调整调速系统
Reduce load, and adjust speed governing system
properly.
（2）燃油质量太差
Poor fuel quality.
（2）按规定选用合格柴油
Use diesel qualified.
（3）空气滤清器或进气管部分堵塞
Air filter and/or air inlet pipe becomes restricted.
（3）清洗空气滤清器和进气管
Clean air filter and/or air inlet pipe.
（4）增压器压气机或中冷器脏污进气受阻
Air inlet of turbocharger compressor and/or
intercooler is restricted due to dirt.
（4）清洗压气机叶轮、进气管及中冷器
Clean compressor impeller, air inlet pipe and
intercooler.
（5）喷油器雾化不良或滴油
Insufficient atomization or diesel dripping of fuel
injector.
（5）检查喷油器喷油压力和雾化质量，清洗油
头、调整喷油压力
Check fuel injector's injection pressure and fineness
of atomization, clean injector tip and adjust fuel
injection pressure.
（6）喷油过迟，部分燃油在排气管中燃烧
Check and adjust fuel supply advance angle.
（6）检查并调整供油提前角
Delayed fuel injection, causing partial fuel
combustion in exhaust pipe.
（7）各缸供油泵供油不均匀
Fuel supply from fuel pump of cylinders is non-
uniform.
（7）调整各缸供油量
Adjust fuel supply of each cylinder.
（8）气门间隙不对，气门密封面接触不良
Valve clearance error, and improper fitting of air
valve sealing surface.
（8）检查并调整气门间隙、消除缺陷
Check and adjust valve clearance, and remove
defects.
