4.2 排气冒白烟
White Smoke Emission
灰白色烟一般是柴油蒸汽，如果颜色很淡的话则是水蒸气。
Hoar smoke emission in most cases is diesel vapor, in some cases is water vapor if color is very slight
故障原因
Cause
排除办法
Remedy
（1）燃油内有水
Fuel contains water.
（1）更换柴油
Replace diesel fuel.
（2）缸内漏水
Water leaks in cylinder(s).
（2）检查漏水原因、及时排除
Identify water leakage causes and duly remove.
（3）柴油机太冷
Diesel engine runs with temperature lower than
specification.
（3）按规定温度运行
Operate your engine at temperature as
specified.
4.3 排气冒蓝烟
Blue Smoke Emission
蓝烟一般是机油蒸汽，由于大量机油窜入气缸，蒸发后未燃烧的结果。表现为机油消
耗量显著增加。
Blue smoke emission is usually oil vapor caused by blow-by of engine oil into cylinder
which is evaporated and unburned It results in remarkably increase of engine oil consumption.
故障原因

排除办法
Remedy
（1）油底壳机油太多，机油压力过高
Too much engine oil in oil sump and engine oil
pressure too high.
（1）放掉多余机油
Drain excess engine oil.
（2）活塞环磨损或油环装错
Piston ring scuffing or oil ring error.
（2）更换活塞环、纠正油环安装
Replace piston ring, and correct installation of oil
ring.
（3）气缸套与活塞之间的间隙太大
Clearance between cylinder sleeve and piston is
excessively big.
（3）更换气缸套或活塞
Replace cylinder sleeve or piston.
（4）气缸盖处回油不畅，机油沿气门杆漏入气
缸内
Oil return is restricted in cylinder head, engine oil
seeped in cylinder along valve rod
（4）疏通机油回路
Make oil return unblocked.
