8．柴油机过热
Diesel Engine Overheat
柴油机过热主要表现为水温过高，其主要原因是冷却效率低
The symptom of engine overheat is overheat of water. Its main cause is poor cooling efficiency.
故障原因

排除办法
Remedy
1）燃料供给系统故障
（1）燃油箱内燃油用完
（2）燃油中混入水
（3）燃油油路堵塞
（4）油管破裂或接头松动
（5）油泵柱塞卡死
（6）油泵弹簧断裂
（7）调速弹簧断裂
Fuel Supply System Failure
(1) Fuel in tank run-out.
(2) Fuel containing water.
(3) Fuel passage restriction.
(4) Fuel pipe fracture or loose connection.
(5) Fuel pump plunger binding.
(6) Fuel pump spring fracture.
(7) Speed governing spring fracture.
1）
（1）添加燃油
（2）更换燃料
（3）检查清洗
（4）更换油管，旋紧接头
（5）拆检清洗
（6）更换弹簧
（7）更换调整弹簧
Add fuel.
(2) Change fuel.
(3) Check and clean.
(4) Replace fuel pipe and tighten joints.
(5) Remove, check and clean.
(6) Replace spring.
(7) Replace and adjust spring.
2）供油提前角过小
Fuel supply advance angle excessively small.
2）检查并调整
Replace and adjust.
3）柴油机长时间超负荷运行
Long time running of diesel engine with overload.
4）降低负荷
Reduce load.
