9．机油压力过低
Low Oil Pressure
当柴油机压力低于规定压力范围时，首先通过调整机器一、二缸观察窗之间的限压阀，若仍不
能恢复，则需要按下列各方面内容检查原因。
If engine oil pressure is lower than specifications, firstly you may attempt to restore it by adjusting the
pressure limiting valve between cylinders No.1 and No.2. If this does not work, identify causes as below:

Remedy
1）油底壳内油面过低
Low oil level in oil sump.
1）添加机油
Add engine oil.
2）机油中混入柴油或水，使机油粘度过低
Engine oil containing diesel or water, resulting in
low oil viscosity.
2）检查原因并排除故障，更换新机油
Identify causes and remove failure, and replace oil.
3）机油泵齿轮磨损严重，装配不符合要求
Worn oil pump gear, or improper installation.
3）检查机油泵工作性能进行修复或更换新泵
Check oil pump performance, repair and replace.
4）机油管连接头松脱；产生漏气或漏油现象
Oil or air leakage due to loose connection of oil
pipe.
4）检查并紧固
Check and tighten.
5）机油冷却器或机油滤清器堵塞
Clogging of oil cooler or filter.
5）拆检清洗
Remove, check and clean.
6）主轴承击连杆轴承间隙太大
Excessive clearance between main bearing and
connecting rod bearing.
6）检查更换缸瓦
Check and replace cylinder bushing.
7）机油泵吸油管堵塞
Oil suction pipe of oil pump clogged.
7）拆检清洗
Remove, check and clean.
8）压力表损坏
Pressure gauge failure.
8）更换压力表
Replace pressure gauge.
9）调节阀弹簧断裂或弹簧变形
Regulating valve spring fracture or distortion.
9）检查调节阀更换弹簧
Check regulating valve, and replace spring.
