Clean the dust cup of air filter (excluding the auto
dust-removal type)
Clean the air filter main element
When the indicator is lit
Replace the air filter main element
Please refer to the related regulations in the instruction manual
Replace the air filter safety element
After the main element has been cleaned for 5 times
Check and tighten the belt
Check turbocharger bearing clearance
Check and adjust clutch stroke
Check urea dosing pump filter element
Check urea spray nozzle gasket
Every time when mounting the spray nozzle after disassembly
Clean urea tank and its filter element
Note: The symbol “●” indicates that maintenance is required.
