Brake
• Service brake: Hydraulically operated drum brake
• Parking brake: Electrically controlled spring-applied
brake on the electric motor of the drive system.
Loader unit
• Loader unit with mechanical or hydraulic lock for at-
tachments
The vehicle is equipped with a "telematics module" (Equip-
Care) for transmitting operating data, location, etc. via
satellite. The service partner is available at all times for any
questions about the telematics module.
The vehicle is a self-propelled work vehicle according to
German road traffic regulations (StVZO). Observe the legal
regulations of your country.
Refer to chapter Intended use for the different applications
the vehicle can be used for.
The vehicle consists of the vehicle chassis, drive and
axles. The drive and control units, drive battery, driver's
cab and charging system are located in/on the vehicle
frame.
4.2.3 Electrical system
The vehicle is electrically powered. Electric current is sup-
plied by the drive battery as direct current. A frequency
converter converts direct current into three-phase alternat-
ing current for the electric engines. An electric motor drives
the transfer case, which sends power to the rear and front
axles. The driving speed depends on the rpm of the electric
engine. It is continuously regulated via the accelerator
pedal. Another electric motor drives the working hydraulics.
The electric drive system has an operating voltage of 48
volts.
The vehicle's electrical system has an operating voltage of
12 volts. Voltage converters convert the 48 volts of the
drive battery into 12 volts for the vehicle electrical system.
Consumers and their supply lines are protected with fuses
and safeguards.
To charge the drive battery, the charger must be regularly
connected to the mains.
