Emergency off switch
The vehicle is equipped with an emergency off switch. With
the emergency off switch, the entire electrical system and
all drives can be switched off quickly in an emergency.
Electrical emergency functions of the 12 volt vehicle elec-
trical system, e.g. hazard warning lights, are still possible.
4.2.4 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is fed with hydraulic oil from the hy-
draulic oil tank by a gear pump via hydraulic oil hoses and
lines and is equipped with control valves, pressure relief
valves, filters and possibly a cooler.
Depending on the vehicle equipment, plug-in couplings are
fitted at the front and rear of the vehicle for connecting hy-
draulically operated attachments.
Pipe rupture safety devices on the loader unit
The vehicle can be equipped as standard or as an option
with pipe rupture protection on the hydraulic cylinders of
the loader unit. Pipe rupture safety devices prevent an ab-
rupt and unintentional lowering of the loader unit in the
event of a hydraulic line or hydraulic hose bursting.
The pipe rupture safety devices consist of lowering brake
valves. These must be opened for emergency lowering of
the loader unit.
Steering hydraulics and working hydraulics
Steering and working hydraulics are supplied with hydraulic
oil by a gear pump. The gear pump is driven by a three-
phase AC electric engine. The oil flow is led via a priority
valve through the steering orbitrol to the control valve of
the working hydraulics. The priority valve ensures that the
steering system is primarily supplied with hydraulic oil. By
turning the steering wheel, the steering orbitrol controls the
oil flow to the double-acting hydraulic cylinders of the steer-
ing system.
The functions of the working hydraulics are controlled via
the joystick with the control valve. The control valve directs
the oil flow to the corresponding hydraulic cylinders of the
loader unit and the plug couplings for connecting hydraulic-
ally operated attachment and back into the hydraulic oil
tank.
