onto the previously assembled 5/16" X
2 12" CARRIAGE BOLTS (48)
assembled through the STEPPER

ГО Attach PLASTIC BUMPERS (117) to
the top of the Wings of the DIP
SUPPORT BRACKET (101).
[0 Assemble the upper U-Bracket of the
STEPPER FRAME (11) around the
GUIDE ROD (4). Assemble the DIP
SUPPORT BRACKET (101) fo the
: inside of the Guide Rod at the
U-Bracket of the Stepper Frame using
- $46" X 2 1/4" HEX HEAD BOLTS
bending the Guide Rod.
C Secure the bottom of the STEPPER
FRAME (11) by fastening бю
CARRIAGE BOLTS (48) with 516"
NYLON LOCK NUTS (41). `
STEP 5 STEPPER ASSEMBLY

Pedals should be assembled with the series of holes in the
Pedals to the inside.
[0 Using а 1" ROUND PLASTIC COVER CAP (72) as an aid,
drive a 1" SPRING RETAINER RING (78) onto the Pedal Рмо!
Tube to secure the PEDALS (12) in place. Note that the teeth
