STEP 7 GUIDE ROD ASSEMBLY
[I] With the Бой holes of the GUIDE
RODS (14) to the top, insert the Rods
into the two remaining holes in the top
of the Weight Stack. (SEE DETAIL A.)
C] Bol the GUIDE RODS (14) to the front
side of the welded brackets on the
TOP FRAME (8) using 5/16" X 1 1/2"
HEX HEAD BOLTS (65) through the
Rod, then the Bracket and fasten with
5/16" NYLON LOCK NUTS (71).
(SEE DETAIL B.)
[C] Remove WEIGHT PLATE DECALS
(120) from backing sheet and apply to
the Weight Plates starting with 12.5 ibs
on the top Plate and increasing to 125
lbs. on the bottom Plate.
C insert WEIGHT
SELECTOR PIN
(113) into the
Weight Stack at a
low setting to aid in
future cable
assembly.
C] Remove STATION
ONE DECAL
(121) from backing
sheet and affix it to
the front side of
the ARM PRESS
FRAME UPRIGHT
(4) about 4 inches
below Welded
Stop Tube.
