The plunger of the Bag Blower will lower into the bag then expand the bag with a quick burst of air, in
preparation for bag filling.
The plunger is equipped with a fiber optic sensor on the front and back, designed to verify if a bag is
present. If a bag should not open fully and both sensors do not see the bag, the filler will not receive a
signal that a bag is present and will not dispense product. Further down the line, the bag which was not
properly registered by the optic sensors will not be sealed and will instead be rejected from the line so it
can be re-used.
